These terms govern your use of Easy Calendar Tracker (easycalendartracker.com, “the app”), operated by Twelve Tone Creative (“we”). By signing in and using the app you agree to them.
The service
Easy Calendar Tracker reads events from the Google Calendars you select, groups them into per-project running totals and retrospective insights, and turns your selections into invoice drafts — copied to your clipboard, or created in Mercury where that integration is available.
Access
You need a Google account to sign in. We may suspend or terminate access at any time — for example, for misuse of the service.
Your data
Your calendar data and settings remain yours. You grant the app permission to read your selected calendars (and to rename events or change their length when you explicitly do so in the app) solely to provide the features above. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke the app’s Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Invoices are drafts — verify them
The app computes hours and amounts from your calendar data and your configured rates. It can be wrong — a mistitled event, a stale rate, a fee tag typo. You are responsible for reviewing every invoice before sending it, and for the invoices you issue. The app provides no accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other users’ data, probe or overload the infrastructure, or use the app in violation of applicable law or of Google’s or Mercury’s terms.
Third-party services
The app depends on Google (calendar data and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting), and Mercury (invoice drafting). Their terms and availability are their own; we are not responsible for those services.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the app, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and noticed on this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
